We’ll get your order ready to ship in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Free Shipping (Orders over A$50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, our returns policy has you covered tighter than a new wetsuit.
Our Returns Policy
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unused, with tags attached)
- In original packaging (especially important for surfboards and fins)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- All wetsuits (Boys, Ladies, and Mens Wetsuits)
- Sunglasses
- Custom orders or special purchases
Note: Damaged or defective items are exempt from these restrictions – we’ll sort you out!
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Item securely in the original packaging.
- Ship It Back to our warehouse at: FCS Store Returns

Pro Tip for Surfboard Returns
When returning surfboards or fins:
- Use plenty of bubble wrap to protect the board/fins
- Reinforce the original box with additional packing tape
- Consider adding “Fragile” stickers (available at post offices)
- Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed

Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your surf gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
