Normal US shoe size is used for Xcel booties. The ideal wetsuit boots fit is snug, not to tight that your toes are bent but so they’re just touching the end of the booties. You don’t want to much space at the end of the booties or you could be tripping over the excess rubber & you don’t want them to tight where they make your feet ache. Generally your normal US shoe size will be fine & a good fit.
