How do I choose the right surfboard for my skill level?
For beginners, we recommend our Beginner Surfboards or Grom Surfboards (for younger surfers). These offer more stability and volume to help you catch waves easily. What’s the difference between FCS 2 and Futures fins?
Both are high-quality fin systems but with different designs:
  • FCS 2 fins use a dual-tab connection system that’s tool-free and provides a solid hold
  • Futures fins slide into a single box and are secured with a grub screw, offering a different flex pattern
The best choice depends on your board and personal preference. Check your surfboard’s fin boxes to see which system it uses.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you surfing ASAP! If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already entered the packing process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most locations! However, we currently can’t deliver to some remote areas (particularly in Asia) due to carrier restrictions. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to check with us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two great options:
  1. Express Delivery (Recommended)
    • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Cost: $12.95 flat rate
    Perfect when you need your gear fast with full tracking.
  2. Free Standard Shipping
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Cost: FREE on orders over $50
    Great for planned purchases when timing isn’t critical.
All orders typically process in 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from our warehouse in Mount Darragh, AU, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your surf gear’s journey in real-time right to your doorstep!
Do I need to pay customs fees?
While we ship globally, some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in our shipping costs. Local customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your country’s customs office if you’re unsure.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Just contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I return an item?

  3. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, but typically takes 3-10 business days.
